A former factory of neon lights, on request of the customer, has been split in four lofts that communicate with bright open-air atriums then transformed into private gardens. The gable roof of the factory was kept, and the solid brick pillars of the structure were highlighted.
The project was centered on the study of the cuts of the volumes, according to the best sun exposure, on the development of the areas inside the house, and on the recovery of the main elements of the industrial typology. For some lofts, Studio Oggioni has also supervised the internal restructuring, giving design suggestions to the client fulfilling their preferences and needs.
