The first floor of a former industrial building has been restored completely as a living space combining double-height spaces that perfectly fit together. The characteristic elements of the previous industrial structure fully blend with the new ones.
The large windows on the three sides and the vertical illumination of the skylights, made from cuts in the wooden structure of the hut roof, enhance the spaciousness of this attic loft.
The double aspect of the loft can be lived thanks to the presence of a central double-height lunch area with the living-room (electrical system integrated with a video projector, hi-fi system, air conditioning and heating system) and the glass box of the kitchen, to guarantee a continuity with the surrounding.
From the full freedom space of the ground floor, we move to a cozier and more traditional atmosphere of the upper floor where the sleeping and studio areas are developed with a loft overlooking the living room.
