Location: Milan

In one of the main central areas of the city, just a short walk from the Gerusalemme Metro station MM5, is situated the new project designed by the architect Rodolfo Oggioni. This strategic area of Milan is mainly residential, well served by transports, public services, and commercial establishments; it has now become the heart of the “new Milan” and the historic center from where you can easily reach on foot the most interesting areas of the city like Arco della Pace, Moscova, Brera, and many others. The restoration project of an old laboratory of pastry production gave birth to the realization of 5 design Lofts of different sizes, equipped with any comfort and prestigious furnishings. Each apartment (class A/3) develops on two communicating levels: the ground floor and the loft space, with double-height areas, the whole illuminated by large glass windows that make the house one of a kind. The high-quality standard of the Loft is guaranteed by the excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, and the autonomous heating and cooling systems with radiant panels (floor and wall) powered by heat pumps that make the house fit in the Energy “A” Class category reducing the costs of maintenance and air conditioning.
Other projects
